Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods

Whilst we strive to ensure that all goods reach you in perfect condition, there are unfortunately times when this does not happen. If you should receive damaged of faulty goods from us you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or full refund. Contact us by email (hello@eosupplies.com) to discuss arrangements for return of the damaged goods and issuing a replacement or refund with you. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We respectfully request that all items agreed for return are packaged securely with details of the reason for return inside the package with your customer details.

If a parcel is not accepted by the recipient when the courier tries to make contact and the parcel is returned to us. We will contact you for details of how you wish to proceed with the order. Please note that if you wish for the goods to be shipped to you again that there will be another shipping charge as we have already fulfilled the shipping obligation (and incurred charges to do such). If you wish to have a refund of the items, the shipping fees will not be reimbursed, again as we have already incurred the fees to ship to you. Please therefore you keep an eye out for the tracking confirmation and follow up with the courier if any delays occur. 

Lost or Late Packages

Although we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives promptly and in good condition, problems do occasionally arise. If your parcel is taking longer to arrive than anticipated, please in the first instance contact your local agent using the tracking codes you will have been provided with.  If you should experience further problems please contact us at hello@eosupplies.com.

Essential Oil Supplies accept no responsibility for parcels delivered by Standard mail once they have been posted and we have a receipt of posting. If you wish to have a guaranteed service then select the Tracked & Signed for service. We are not able to locate untracked parcels and therefore cannot take responsibility for parcels sent by standard mail, this service is used at your personal discretion.

Where an item has been posted using a Tracked & Signed for service, the items’ tracking number will be notified to you by email along with confirmation of despatch.

If you have a parcel that has not arrived with you, you must report that within 14 days of despatch date to hello@eosupplies.com and we will subsequently submit a claim through the carrier. Please note that we (or the carrier in some cases) will refund once the claim has been processed. Dependant upon the carrier this can sometimes take a few weeks, but this is beyond our control.  Reports of goods not arriving outside of these 14 days are not eligible for a claim as the carriers dictate a window in which a claim can be processed so please ensure this is done swiftly to enable us to initiate a claim. 

Essential Oil Supplies carries no obligation to refund for lost goods if the above procedures are not followed.

Made to order items

Garments, business cards, roller banners, and any other made to order products are non-returnable. Please ensure garment sizing is exactly as desired and you check your sizing based on the garment size provided online before placing your order and do email us with any queries before purchase.
